Lindengate is a Buckinghamshire-based registered charity that offers specialised gardening activities to help those with mental health needs in their continuing recovery.

Operating from a 5-acre site adjacent to Dobbies Garden Centre in Wendover Lindengate is also open to visitors. They welcome anyone who may be struggling with their wellbeing, or just want a safe place to take their regular exercise. Pop along to their free drop-in Rest & Reflect sessions, on Mondays 9am-12pm, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays 1-3pm. *Check their website for the most up-to-date information*
