Weddings

At High Street Baptist Church, we are delighted when members of our church or local community want to marry or re-affirm their vows. We will help you plan your service so that your friends and family can take part and witness your vows of love to each other. In Christian marriage two people trusting in the mystery of love commit themselves to live faithfully together for life, in plenty or need, joy or sorrow. If you are making this commitment for the first time, or affirming a commitement made many years ago, we are happy to work with you to make your plans a reality.

If you are hoping to get married at High Street Baptist Church then, as weddings can involve both a great deal of planning and a legal entitlement to use the church, we strongly advise that you get in touch to discuss your plans at the earliest possible stage.
